Leadership at MCC of Our Redeemer exists to support worship, care for the congregation, strengthen community, and help the church live out its mission of extending God’s inclusive love.
How leadership is understood here
Leadership at MCC of Our Redeemer is both pastoral and shared. It includes clergy, staff, and lay leaders working together to guide worship, administration, care, hospitality, and the long-term life of the congregation.
This work is grounded in the church’s commitment to inclusion, community, spiritual transformation, and service.
Pastoral and staff leadership
The church’s day-to-day and pastoral leadership is carried by clergy and staff serving the congregation in different ways.
Rev. Dr. Marc Trimm has served MCC of Our Redeemer in several roles over the years, including Director of Music, Interim Pastor, Associate Pastor, and now Senior Pastor.
His ministry has been shaped by preaching, music, leadership development, and a desire for people to know the love and goodness God offers to all.
David Barker serves as Administrative Assistant and supports the daily life of the church office and congregation.
He brings a long professional background in telecommunications and is described on the church site as grateful for the people and community he has found at MCC of Our Redeemer.
Scott Jones serves as Treasurer and helps support the financial stewardship of the congregation.
On the church site, he describes MCC of Our Redeemer as a caring and affirming church for all individuals and a great place to worship.
Board of Directors
The Board helps guide the congregation in governance, support, service, and faithful direction.
Rev. Dr. Marc Trimm
In addition to serving as Senior Pastor, Rev. Dr. Marc Trimm serves as Moderator of the Board of Directors.
Geo Daniels
Serves on the Board as Vice Moderator.
Del Bradshaw
Serves on the Board as a Member at Large.
Melanie Drinkwater

Owen Gambrell
